Step away from the busyness of life for a weekend of deep rest and renewal. Through gentle movement, guided relaxation, nourishing food, and time in nature, our intention is for you return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Our days unfold in gentle rhythm, with practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit. Yoga, meditation, and mindful exercises flow together like a soft symphony, each moment inviting you to sink deeper into connection with yourself. Guided by Clive Guiver, every practice is offered with presence, care, and intention. Between sessions, the pine-lined shore and the comforting glow of the log fire create spaces for stillness, reflection, and a quiet return to your true nature.
To connect with nature is also to eat food grown with care, rooted in tradition, and created without harming the soil, the people, or the surroundings. We honor this by sourcing local, seasonal, and biodynamic ingredients — some freshly harvested, others preserved to carry the taste of summer into the darker seasons. To eat this way is to remember balance.
This time, our retreat takes place at the stunning Villa Solbacka, quietly nestled on Skarpö Island, where ancient oaks meet the shimmering waters of the archipelago. Built in 1911 in the Arts and Crafts style, the villa blends timeless elegance with modern comfort. With spacious rooms and cozy guest houses, it offers both intimacy and togetherness—a sanctuary where nature, history, and understated Scandinavian luxury come together, creating moments of calm, connection, and stillness.
Found in the elegant Big House and the historic Old Cottage, these rooms combine comfort with timeless design. Each features a luxurious king-sized bed, high-ceilinged spaces, and warm wooden details. Perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Both houses has shared bathrooms. Rooms can be booked as private or shared. For guests seeking a little extra luxury, we also offer a double room with its own private shower.
Located on the top floor of the Old Cottage, this light-filled space features six comfortable beds with privacy curtains, a sea-view bathroom, and a shared lounge. It’s a relaxed, communal setting where connections naturally unfold, without compromising on comfort.
